Nail Atelier 11

I wish I checked the reviews before coming here. Nice woman, but this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She cut far into and down the sides of my toenails to the point that it hurt. No lotion or anything and my nails look worse than when I came in. Also they only take cash and there is no sign warning you of that.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden! Die Dame ging individuell auf meine Wünsche ein und ich habe sehr spontan einen Termin erhalten. Zu beachten ist, dass man nur bar zahlen kann.

I am really upset and disappointed by the quality of service I received today. For a simple shellac removal that is just polishing off nail polish I had to pay 25chf. It was a rip off. Then I did a manicure for additional 30chf (!!!) and the staff was adding nail polish remover to the nail polish as it was running out. It made it sticky and gooey. As a result, by the time I was home, everything was destroyed with dents and scratches. I had to remove it and redo the whole thing by myself. On top of that, it was a poor quality cheap nail polish, not OPI. While I was there receiving the service, the lady was on her phone, shouting with a friend and not wearing a mask! And then it occurred she doesn’t accept TWINT or cards. I had to walk all the way to the cash machine and bavk and I was late for a meeting I had planned. I am never going back again!

Sehr unprofessionell und schlechte Manicure. Die Geräte und das Material werden nicht desinteressiert und nur mit dem Mund sauber gepustet! Handschuhe werden natürlich auch keine getragen.Die Nägel wurden total schief und krumm gefeilt. Mit Abstand die schlechteste Manicure die ich je gehabt habe und das für teure CHF 55.-
