Compré a través de worten un champu y me enviaron un acondicionador. Tras casi un mes, no me informan de la devolución ni informan de como ni cuando hacerme llegar el producto adquirido. Pésimo servicio.

The most horrible manicure experience in my life. I bought a buyclub voucher 69 CHF instead of 160 for mani and pedicure. In the end, I only did the manicure, because of the manicurist are have no experience at all. Firstly, they have injured my finger(they used equipment to removing the gel and cutting the cuticle of my little finger) and nail (as the picture you can see). Secondly, they charged double without my notice for removing the gel. Due to I am too afraid to let them remove the gel, then I decided not let them injure my foot. According to the policy, it should charge 15 for hands and 15 for the foot. Though I didn't let them remove the gel of the foot, they still charge you 30. Thirdly, I would like to have a french style manicure, as the picture you will find, it's not even better you did by yourself. Last but not least, it took one and half hour to have a normal maincure. With my former manicurist, she would finish the mani-padicure with gel completely in the same time. I had reserved my former manicurist immediately when I left the shop.If you are looking for the professional manicure place, this is definitely not the place you are looking for. The price I pay for a manicure is a 100 CHF to buy the horrible experience.

Massage avec Victoria bcp.souffert mais elle a tout vu de mes problêmes et tout réparé j ai souffert mais pour mon bien et en plus et avant tout une excellente Personne.MERCI.
