My husband and I had an appointment to see a car that we had set up for Saturday morning. We had called a few times in advance but there was never a response. We ended up renting a car to go down to see the car, but when we got there, the owner was late and told us that the car was already sold. He did not let us know if advance that the car was sold, he did not apologize and we left with a really bad taste in our mouths. Very unprofessional.

Super expérience avec M. Blanchard. J'ai acheté un véhicule neuf (importé) chez lui et il s'est également occupé de préparer et de vendre la voiture que j'avais. Tout est allé très vite, la communication était efficace et agréable. Mon ancien véhicule s'est vendu en moins de 2 semaines. Je me suis senti mieux accueilli et traité que dans la plupart des grands groupes / réseaux et au final j'ai touché plus que prévu pour mon ancien véhicule. Je ne peux que recommander ses services.

I would like to add 5 stars on this review since the owner was really kind on the phone and during the service provided but finally I ended up add a 2 star review for the following reason. I exchanged the tires on this garage few months ago and I very strongly asked for the wheels to be tightened properly as the manufacturer indicates, 140Nm. The owner assured me that this is the only way they do it so I was left sure they do it properly. Recently I exchanged my wheels for the winter ones and I found them tightened at more than 230Nm !!!!!!! I even destroyed one of my tools !!! This is unacceptable !!! such a pity ! Not recommended for serious things...

Le patron est un passionné d'automobile, fournit un service d'excellence avec une grande touche d'humour !Une excellente communication par mail lors de la prise de rendez-vous et au delà de la vente.Un très bon garage recommandable pour acquérir un excellent véhicule. Le vendeur est soucieux que la livraison se fasse de manière minutieuse et professionnelle.

Nous avons acheté une voiture dont les services n'étaient pas à jour. Une fois la voiture payée, il n'a pas été possible de s'arranger. Dommage
