J'espère que la Mini Cooper de fonction qui roule dans la ville et aux alentours ne reflète pas la qualité de votre agence. Lors de ce dimanche la personne a mis en danger la vie de ma famille par une conduite des plus déplorable et ceux sur plusieurs kilomètres.Ne comptez pas sur nous pour une belle image.

Horrible company. Poor responses. Delays of weeks, if not months. At times, ZERO action. Avoid this company!-----------EDIT: Since you asked, here are the reasons for our dissatisfaction. This was already emailed.Dear domicim,We have serious concerns about the lack of due diligence on the part of domicim in renting out our apartment, XXXXXX.When our last tenant moved out and we decided that instead of renting the apartment out ourselves, we would have domicim rent out XXXXXX as well (you are already renting out the first, YYYYYYY) we notified you of where you could pick up the keys to our second Alpha; after WEEKS of waiting, you had still failed to obtain the keys (and in fact completely forgotten that we had emailed you and put you in touch with the former tenant to get the keys). As such, the apartment was completely unlisted.We have contacted you repeatedly asking for advice and you suggested that we lower the price. We told you (twice) that if you had an interested applicant that you had our permission to lower the price.When we contacted you again to ask if perhaps it would be easier to rent to students again, you said the school term wasn’t beginning until September. What we needed to know was if we should furnish the apartment again, so that it can be rented as such, or if we should leave it unfurnished.FINALLY, TO OUR ABSOLUTE DISMAY, WE LOOKED ONLINE TODAY AND NOTICED THAT OUR APARTMENT IS NOT EVEN LISTED ON THE DOMICIM WEBSITE!This is infuriating as this is an investment property and we are losing money every single month that the property stays empty.We signed a contract with you with the understanding that you would actively promote our property. Not responding, not acting in a timely manner, and now, not even publishing our property on your own website is total a violation of this contractual agreement.-----------So, domicim, we feel that the 1 star rating is absolutely appropriate for a company that continuously fails to (re)act, thus leaving the rental apartment empty for so long.

Location d'un studio de 12 m2 pour la saison hivernale : CHF 90 de frais de ménage dans une surface si petite pour un studio qui était très sale lors de mon entrée dans les lieux et que j'ai rendu bien plus propre, c'est du vol, tout simplement. L'agent immobilier, si diligente pour répondre lorsqu'il s'agissait de questions d'argent, fait désormais l'autruche à la suite de mon mail envoyé il y a 3 semaines. On fait confiance car on croit traiter avec des professionnels, on ne devrait pas.
