My experience with this real estate agency was deeply disappointing, mainly due to the agent's unethical practices. I had an unfortunate encounter with the agent, which has left me extremely dissatisfied with their services, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone else.The most troubling aspect of this experience was the agent's insistence on charging me exorbitant fees for services that I did not request or require. In fact, it was the agent who had initiated and asked for these additional services. Despite my objections and attempts to reason with them, I was coerced into paying $900 for services I had no intention of availing.This unscrupulous behavior is unacceptable and has seriously tarnished my perception of the real estate agency. I trusted that I would be treated fairly and transparently throughout the process, but instead, I felt manipulated and taken advantage of.Furthermore, the agent's pushy approach was overwhelming and made me feel pressured to comply with their demands without fully understanding the implications.To make matters worse, the agent's unresponsiveness to my attempts to resolve this issue further demonstrates their lack of professionalism and respect for their clients.My experience with this real estate agency has been deeply disheartening, and I strongly caution others to be cautious when considering their services. The lack of integrity displayed by the agent and the agency as a whole is concerning and raises serious doubts about their commitment to ethical business practices.I hope that this feedback serves as a wake-up call for the real estate agency to address these issues promptly and take measures to improve their customer service and ethical standards.Please note that this feedback is a reflection of my personal experience, and I believe it is essential to bring these matters to light to protect others from similar experiences in the future.

Gros manque de professionnalisme.N'avertie pas l'annulation de la visite de ce fait, j'ai été présent ce matin sur les lieux, tout seul, encore un congé gâché.Merci beaucoup Burnier Immobilier.Je recommande cette agence si vous avez du temps à perdre sinon, trouver en une autre meilleure (pas bien difficile j'imagine).

Je suis à l assurance invalidité donc je n ai pas eu l appartement pour lequel j étais solvable. On m’a posé une étiquette on ne prête qu aux riches en bonne santé à Burnier...
