Sehr sehr unfreundlich! Bin überrascht von wo solche Arroganz kommt. Wurde noch nie so schlecht bedient.Very very unfriendly. The staff is extremely arrogant! Would not recommend this shop.

Very arogant and rude. The sales peson not even looked my items and by just overlooked by almost closed bag said the items were not for the store!!! Every single item I gave her she has something to say negative!! She even direct me to another second hand shop ! When i whent to the other store the lady there was very nice and helpful and actually told me i should sell my items not to her but to second hand brands shop. I had prada, berberry!! I will not recommend this shop for your treasures if they treat people like this ! especially foreigners who are new here!!

SELLERS BEWARE - These saleswomen are very trained to down sale your items and explain you the terms in one way and make you sign the contracts with other terms. Consult a lawyer before signing anything:2019 EDIT, not fabricated.. Contract in hands and upon request. Notified the Zurich police and awaiting judgement

Nie wieder!Ich würde diesen Shop nie wieder meine Designer Stücke anvertrauen. Habe bereits zweimal erlebt, dass sie ohne Absprache Dinge von Chanel und Prada weit unter Wert verkauft haben. Diesen Nachlass geben sie dann einfach zulasten des eigentlichen Besitzers weiter. Absolut unseriös, für mich war es das letzte Mal, dass ich diesem Shop vertraut habe!Nachtrag:Nicht nur ist der Shop nicht vertrauenswürdig, die Mitarbeiterin ist auch noch extrem unfreundlich, fast schon unverschämt.
