In terms of location, although it doesn't come with the lake view, it is only 3 minutes walk from the lake and there are around 4 grocery stores within 10 minutes walk on top of good restaurants that are located within 7 minutes walk. The walk to the train station takes around 22 minutes but it's a very pleasant walk, the bus stops are 5 minutes walk away and drop you off right on the platform of the train station. The apartment itself is exactly like how it's described on the website, bright and clean with big bathroom, it comes with everything you need, you just need to move in with your luggage. The service provided by the management is lovely, they are very nice and helpful. I am glad I chose this place for the first 2 months of my stay in Switzerland.

One of the best places to stay in Lugano. Situated in the heart of Lugano, next to the lake and everything is just 2-5 mins walk away. Really clean and well managed.Fabio (Property manager) is a really nice and helpful person. always respond quickly and on time.Building has a beautiful terrace with Jacuzzi, had spend quite evenings there and building is equipped with gym and sauna.Apartments are equipped with high quality and automated devices. Stayed here for 2 months and loved my time here.

It was a perfect set up for the 2 months I required accommodation in Lugano. Property, location and service was top quality.

We could not have asked for a better place for our stay. Our apartment was bright, modern, fully furnished and equipped. You can really feel the Swiss touch there. This place was equipped for every situation (starting from sofa bed and extra bed linens in case you have guests and finishing with wine decanter and kitchen scale). From the roof you can enjoy 360-degrees view of Lugano while barbecuing or relaxing in jacuzzi. As coming from Nordic country, we loved going to steam and Finnish saunas after long bike rides. Also Fabio, property manager is such an amazing person and quickly assisted us with all our questions.

One of the best place I’ve stayed while working in many cities of Europe. Well equipped, very safe, great location, perfect size of rooms with a nice style, simple but right on a spot. Used and gym and the sauna very often they were kept very clean. Fabio the super is a nice person and super helpful.In over all I highly recommend this place to stay.

Smart living the best apartments where I’m stayed so far . I stayed there almost 4 months .I felt myselve like at home .Apartments are clean and nice .very well equipped kitchen with high end appliances.You can do sport . Gym is available and also can find sauna it’s perfect for relaxing.Lovely roof terrace with grill and jacuzzi And outstanding view to Lugano lake and mountains!Great location just few minutes from the lake shore and old town.Smart living staff are very kind and helpful .I would recommend for everyone .

Relocated to Switzerland from Australia with my wife and can truly say that we had the best possible experience staying at Smart Living in Lugano for 2 months. Fabio and the team were very friendly and helpful during this time and the apartment was amazing. Very spacious rooms, clean and the extra facilities were great! I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in Lugano.

The apartments are amazing. In a new building, very clean and spacious. They have everything what one might need, even for a very long stay, all kitchen utensils, coffe machine, iron, modern and comfortbale furniture, underground garage. Convenient location, 3 minutes to the lake and 10 minutes to the city centre. Common areas with rooftop terrace, jacuzzi, sauna are great to enjoy. The host is very welcoming and helpful, always there for you! We wish we could have stayed longer there :)

We had great two months in Smart Living Lugano. Great location, close to lido, center, sport and grocery stores. Good place for also families with lot of offering in the building, such as gym, playroom and roof top.

As a family we enjoyed a very nice stay in one of the appartements. All was tidy and we especially enjoyed the large terrace. Big thanks to the manager Fabio and to all of the team!
