GLANDON Apartments «Wabern»

Nice apartment with good amenities per price point and location.They do bi weekly 1.5 hours cleaning as well but once you vacate, they spend 10 hours more on cleaning and charge YOU for it. They won't mention anything when flat is reviewed initially before vacating but once you leave, wait for a heavy bill (500 CHF for me) and say good bye to almost all of security amount.Other than that - it was a nice place to stay. Very close to Gurten mountain, right above VOI Migros and stone throw away from COOP, tram stops right in front of flat. Wifi was constantly bad - no solve for that.

We stayed in Glandon apartment in Wabern for 3 months and we can say that we really had a pleasant stay. The apartment itself is modern with all the amenities (open plan kitchen, own washer and dryer, efficient staff, bi-weekly cleaning, etc.). It is right above Migros supermarket so it is very convenient for daily grocery. A few blocks behind is Aare river, animal park, and forest that are very good for weekend walking. Then, a few blocks in front is the Gurten mountain for a short hike and to enjoy the panoramic view of Bern. The area is also well connected to the center with the tram and bus stops near the apartment.
