“Ce sont les meilleurs vétérinaires de la planète. Quand j’étais enfant, j’emmenais déjà mon pitbull Athena chez eux et ils m’ont fait des compliments. Ils s’en sont occupés merveilleusement bien. Plus tard, j’ai eu mon chat Mowgli qui est malheureusement mort dans des circonstances tragiques. Cependant, l’équipe de vétérinaires a géré la situation avec professionnalisme et grâce à eux, Mowgli n’a pas trop souffert. Ils l’ont pris en charge en urgence en moins de 5 minutes. Aujourd’hui, j’ai un Scottish Fold et sa visite et sa stérilisation se sont bien passées. L’équipe est la meilleure que j’ai jamais rencontrée et ils aiment vraiment les animaux. Comparativement à d’autres vétérinaires, leur professionnalisme est remarquable.”

Moi je suis entièrement satisfaite de ce cabinet. Ma chienne a malheureusement toujours des problèmes de santé et ils s’en occupent toujours merveilleusement bien. Je comprends les commentaires négatifs liés aux finances car je dépense énormément mais quand on prends un animal il faut être prêt à dépenser. On n’en prends pas si on a pas les moyens et surtout on prends une assurance maladie!!! Les décès arrivent malheureusement et c’est incontrôlable comme pour nous.Dans tous les cas, je suis très heureuse d’être cliente chez eux! Ils pensent au bien-être de l’animal avant tout! I waited for a long time to write this review (more than 1 year) because I did not want to let my anger be the one that writes. In summary, our cat was misdiagnosed (with stomatitis) and almost gets all her teeth removed when in reality what she was having a chronic kidney disease (and maybe UTI) crisis. The lack of a timely diagnose and treatment, and the medicine that she was prescribed by the clinic (anti-inflamatory medicine Metacam) contributed to the worsening of this crisis, resulting in my cat having to be hospitalized for several days and putting her life at risk.Specifically, when we took her for the appointment to the clinic (it was our first appointment there), the doctor seemed to be extremely busy and in a rush. She barely examined her and very quickly assumed that the issue was related to her teeth (although the clinic where we took her later said that she had some plaque but not really serious lesions in the mouth). Through a PCR it was confirmed that the cat had calicivirus and possible mycoplasma so she insisted in the stomatitis diagnosis, prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflamatory (no blood test was done). We kept in contact with the doctor for follow up and she kept insisting in ther diagnosis and that the only way to fix the issue was removing the teeth. We asked if a blood test and x-ray were necessary before the surgery and she said that they were not.All this made us try to look for another opinion, and luckily we found a great doctor who took the time to look in detail at the symptoms (and did a full blood test!!), but by that time my cat's condition had extremely worsened and we thought we would lose her. She was hospitalized for almost a week. Fortunately, after a lot of time, stress, suffering and money spent, we have managed to estabilize her.My suggestion to the clinic: We understand that veterinary work is stressful and busy, but do not let that get in the way with taking the time to properly assess your patients case by case. Also, please do blood tests before surgeries, even with young cats. My cat could have died just by putting her on anesthesia due to her kidney disease, and she would have had her teeth removed for nothing.

Sono stata oggi per far vedere il mio gatto che aveva dei tremori. Il dottore é stato molto gentile e mi ha messo à mio agio, così come le infermiere. A parte l'ottima accoglienza, la diagnosi é stata veloce ma allo stesso tempo accurata, grazie a delle analisi del sangue per le quali ho ricevuto un referto. Prezzi nella média. Ho preso appuntamento questa mattina e sono stata ricevuto già nel pomeriggio senza aver dovuto pagare il carattere di urgenza. Che dire? Spero di non averne bisogno presto ma sicuramente, in caso di bisogno, torneró lì.

Très sympa ! Dommage qu'ils n'acceptent pas un paiement en plusieurs fois, même si votre animal a une assurance...
