Plus jamais. Impossible à joindre caché dans leur tour d ivoire.1.- Depuis 5 à 6 mois. Ils doivent me rembourser un billet d'avant la covid.2.' Ils ont annulé un vol sans prévenir. Arrivé à l enregistrement leur personnel désinvolte et prétentieux (Tampa FL) te snobent en te disant cancel"Quand je leur dit "vous pourriez prevenir"Avec dédain ils m'ont répondu "t'as pas la télé " puis sont retournés à leur discussion...Contacté via leur site

Ils ont fait fort, annulé 1 vol, nous faire dormir dans l'aéroport pour que le vol de remplacement soit lui même en retard, qu'il nous fasse rater notre correspondance et le vol de correspondance que nous avons donc raté était lui même en retard. FUYEZ !

Très déçu... Pensais que cette compagnie était bonne. Mais le service client déjà est impossible à joindre...

First flight was delayed 2 hours, second leg was delayed an hour. Even with nearly 3 hours in between flights, my bag did not make it on the second leg. I was told that it would arrive on a flight that evening. Over 24 hours later, and still not so much as an update on the bag. I’ve been on the phone with several agents, multiple phone numbers (half of the numbers provided by agents didn’t work), and they just sent me in circles or didn’t pick up at all. Spent 2 hours on hold at one point, with no answer! Will never fly again.Update: I drove to the airport on the third day myself, after being on the phone for a full day with no answers or updates. I was forced to search through hundreds of bags MYSELF because the “system JUST went down”. No organization. My bag was on a cart that didn’t even have the communicated arrival day on it. Was told I couldn’t sign for my bag because my information wasn’t even in said system. My baggage only got “assigned a delivery driver” three hours after I found it myself. What a joke.

Run from their cursomer service. They don't want to understand and are very arrogant. They won't solve any issue

Big name but deceiving airline! It is almost impossible to reach the customer service center. They take forever to answer, you actually have to PAY to call their customer service number, their website lacks information. It used to be a good airline, now it is cheap minded rotten company.
