Découverte surprenante ! Hajiba est une professionnelle très accueillante, d'une nature joyeuse, empathique, bienveillante et attentionnée, elle sait comment vous faire sentir à l'aise et entre de bonnes mains. Je suis en train de faire un traitement d'épilation au laser et après seulement 2 séances, je peux voir des résultats étonnants !! J'ai hâte de continuer le traitement, et d'essayer d'autres soins proposés par l'institut.

J'ai essayé cet institut suite à tous les avis positifs et ce fût une très belle découverte. Hajiba est pétillante et chaleureuse. It was a great experience! And already have my future appointments with Hajiba booked! She is flexible when it comes to appointment times, she will give you options and keep you posted when there are special offers. Since day one, she has been very welcoming and knowledgeable. She shares with you tips and proposes next steps for skin care and relax. She tells you about her services and products without being pushy which is -in my opinion- the best!

It is the best clinic in Montreux. Even as a foreigner I felt super comfortable since Hajiba is speaking English. She explains each step and makes you feel like a client she knows for years even if it's just your first time.No awkward silence, and laughing employees in the next room. Highly recommend it.
