TOILETTAGE GENEVE WHITE AND BLACK

My dog had to be rushed strait to the veterinarian for treatment after the haircut at White & Black and the vet told me that white & Black should have called me to tell me they were extracting hairs in her ears which is so painful that the vet recommends anesthesia for the procedure. No one even called me to ask if they could do this procedure! I picked up my dog totally traumatized shaking her head back and forth. The vet gave her a shot & medication in the ears. She is acting as if she suffered severe abuse. In addition, I asked them to please leave at least one inch of hair since it’s December in Geneva and cold. She is shaved until her skin basically. I never leave google reviews and generally believe in the best in people and businesses but this is such a huge fail I feel that leaving a review may protect a dog from this kind of poor treatment in the future.************* below is my response to the reply:I would have appreciated a phone call if you were going to shave her hair but that part I am less upset about. What I am upset about is that the Vet told us that if there is an infection, then the groomer should NOT pull the ear hair out because it’s too painful. The dogs need to fix the infection with the Vet and the vet will remove the hair only under anesthesia. Based on how much pain Stella was in when I picked her up, and still is now (even after the shots last night and ear cream), I am sure she was in severe pain in the process. I don’t understand why you didn’t stop immediately upon noticing an infection. The Vet said it was visible for you to see. Please do not do this to other dogs in the future. Unfortunately, Stella is traumatized and still in pain. We were up all night and expect it to be this way for many days.

Trés mauvaise communication entre les toiletteurs ansi avec la clientèle. Entrainant des malentendus et donc des résultats inattendus et dècevants pour le client. Je n`y retournerai plus jamais !!!.....

Toiletteuses tres compétentes et gentilles, pas trop cher, mon chien était très content de sa nouvelle coupe

Ma chienne shih tzu va depuis 2 ans dans ce salon et c'est volontiers qu'elle retrouve sa toiletteuse qui est douce avec elle. Ma chienne ressort superbe et non traumatisée. Tout le personnel est super sympa et de bon conseil.

J'ai cherché longtemps un bon toiletteur et j'ai découvert un artiste, Mathieu Feuillet. Il a l'art de sublimer la beauté de notre chien ! Merci à lui ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe du salon White And Black.
