It’s impossible to order take away food, even if you call one full day in advance. The lady which is apparently the wife of the owner is unfriendly and arrogant. Workers are all nice people. No bad comment on the staff. Food is ok and obviously location is super.

Brilliant location, beautiful rooms. Although at first they didn't give us a fan but on second night they did. It was needed in June. Breakfast was OK. Not a huge choice but essentials were there.

The hotel: nice, cozy, rooms with furniture in natural wood, bathrooms a bit outdated. Nothing fancy, but nice. Parking spots available. Location is in the village centre and 1 minute from the train station.(4/5 stars overall)The hotel staff: very polite, extremely helpful.(5/5 stars)They have multiple restaurants, we had dinner in the French one. The meal was EXQUISITE with a real fine dining feel to it. Portions just the right amount: not too big and not too little. Wine selection more than adequate. Restaurant staff: amazing.(5/5 stars)

Loved staying at this hotel. Right next to the train station. Had a beautiful room with a balcony and nice view of the town. Room was clean, nicely decorated, a mixture of traditional and modern. Spacious but cozy. Shops and restaurants right outside the main door. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. Both dinner and breakfast were very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, and ideal location if you arrive by train, as it’s next to the station. Had dinner in the La Gare restaurant - superb food and service, and the chef made us a special dessert that we requested in advance of our stay. Didn’t try the pool or sauna, but will stay here again in future and use it then.

Noisy rooms over the restaurants, little bit warm and when you open the window you will not have that privacy if the curtain opens. But the location is good

It's a little far and steep climb but the hotel had a really polite shuttle service. Hospitality at its best! It is a pleasure to experience their standards.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. Convenient location right next to the train station and the main restaurant and shopping street, and free parking for guests. The pool was appreciated after a long hike in the mountains. The bar lounge and the Swiss style restaurant were all perfect. The staff at reception, bar and restaurant were all extremely accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean, comfy, delicious! My only recommendation is for the hotel to invest in the long term in sound insulation, as noise can travel quite easily from the corridor and between rooms. We'll probably go back some day!
