Loving the yoga course I’m currently doing in Engelberg with Samira. As a middle aged guy (and used to sitting a lot) I have sometimes found yoga classes a bit intimidating. However, Samira uses her expertise to create an encouraging atmosphere where at the same time everyone is challenged. As a result, I can see real benefits in terms of my coordination, flexibility and core strength. In addition, I always leave Samira’s classes feeling refreshed and energised.

The massage session with Samira was a truly amazing experience. During the massage I was deeply relaxed and grounded in earth and my self. I could feel that Samira really wants to do this and therefor totally let go of everything. After I felt very energised and vital. I can highly recommend Samira!

I am taking her zoom sessions from England. Throughout the lock down, her sessions gave me time to relax, to think positive and my body felt amazing.
