PLS.PLS DO NOT TRUST THEM!!. is a nightmare.. I made a reservation in their webpage in Switzerland and I did not receive any confirmation back, no booking was made but the payment was done. I email them but the answer was that they forwarded the email to someone else (still no answer) and I call them several times but every single time I have to wait more then 10 minutes on the phone. They are very irresponsible!! no one want to give me an answer. I asked them to send me an email and, they said that they do not have access to an email. I ask to call to the supervisor and the answer was that I have to wait on the line around 20 minutes, after a while they told me that for technical issues the supervisor can't talk to me.!! that he will call me back... I still waitng.. :-( They also said that I should not worry that I can make an other reservation about 600chf and pay for it once again.. and the other one???keep complaining!!!
