A great specialty coffee roasters, with an awesome personal attitude to customers. All the coffees they offer taste great, but I especially like Brazilian and Peruvian, as they are well balanced, acidic (but not too much) and sweet -- I really enjoy them as both filter and espresso.

They source raw coffee beans from various locations on Earth, with careful consideration for ecologic sustainability and deep respect for human life: the comparatively high price of their roasted coffee reflects their attention for these aspects, on top, of course, of the superb quality of their product.We (my family) regularly purchase their coffee, not (only) because they are our best friends in Zurich, but also because their coffee is DARN GOOD!!! By far, the best coffee that I have ever purchased in my life, in terms of both quality of raw product and care in the roasting processing (that they carry out on-premise in Zurich), as well as diversity of taste & flavour.We tasted coffee from Africa (Ethiopia), South America (Peru, Brazil) and other locations. Beware: some of their coffee taste radically different from the chemically neutralized" stuff that is served in the overwhelming majority of bars
