Our reservation is complete. Entry key key information was not sent for a long time. Upon landing at Zurich airport, key information came via WhatsApp.However, the address where we will stay has changed without our knowledge and consent. Chaotic environment, chaotic days, chaotic nights.Definitely stay away.An unsafe place. There were people coming in, out, obscure, dark people.

We had the worst experience ever, the stay was not as per the expectation. The pictures we see in the website is different from what we see in real which is really worst. We didn’t stay there, also we requested them to refund our payment. Their response was even more worse. we didn’t get our money back!!

Avoid this place!!! Confirmed booking through booking website, and even exchanged with this place on whatsup. But suddenly disappeared on the communication when we arrived! Left whatsup conversation, didn't pick up phone, booking agent also tried contact but no sign of answer .... Maybe i am fortunate not be able to stay because i am seeing so many other bad review on this property. i should have read these first. i am writing this review so that no one make same mistake....

DO NOT stay here!!The owner did not communicate with us. Poor manner. Misleading photos on booking platforms. Dirty and old room. Noisy place. Broken toilet. Stinky kitchen. They accept a covid-infected guest. People smoke despite the non-smoking rule.I posted a review on Agoda once but the owner requested the App to delete my review. So, do not believe the review on the booking platforms. Check out reviews on non-profit sites too.

Meiden Sie diesen Ort. So ein dreckiges Zimmer habe ich noch nie gesehen. Es hat kein richtiges Bett, nur eine Matratze auf einem Holzbrett. Hoffentlich habe ich mir keine Wanzen eingefangen! Extrem viel Lärm. Das Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe, dreckig, Schimmel, Kaputter Duschvorhang etc.

The people who own this place have been ignoring me for over a week while I try to cancel my reservation. They listened to me once, but have left me on read ever since. It is impossible to get in contact with them, and even when I was able to contact someone, they told me to message them on WhatsApp (where they continued to ignore me), and then hung up on me.

Die Bilder im Internet entsprachen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Das Zimmer was dreckig. Alte Spinnenweben an der Decke. Die waren nicht erst von gestern. Flecken an der Decke und den Vorhängen. Die Farbe blätterte ab an der Decke. Sehr karg eingerichtet.Das Zimmer wurde zweimal vermietet. Nachts um 1.30 Uhr kam ein anderer Mieter unseres Zimmers mit seinem" Schlüssel in unser Zimmer und war sauer. Seine Frau

The owner can not enforce the good behavior rules in this hotel obviously. There was no piece at all, the people were slamming with the doors up until early morning. The people at the upper floor were noisy too, and moving the furniture obviously till early morning, meaning 1 AM, and then started to do the same at 5AM again. A totally disrespectful behavior.The cleaner did NOT touch our room in 4 days at all.We have decided to get out of there a day before as we already paid and we asked for refund for the last night which we didn't spend there. Guess what, there is no reply from them at all. DONT GO THERE. Here the rule you get what you pay doesn't apply, here you get less what you pay, no matter how cheap it is!The furniture is falling apart, it's obvious that the furniture has been brought from all over the places and thrown in to the rooms without even trying to make it comfortable for the visitors. Chair with broken castor wheels, adjustable office table set too high ( and you can not adjust it at all ) to be able to eat from it. Long story short, a total disaster!
