Non capisco perché la media dei voti sia così bassa.Ho soggiornato tre notti, dal 6 al 9 maggio. Tutto perfetto.Posizione della struttura molto comoda, a due passi dalla stazione di Losanna. A pochi passi dal Corso principale e dalle attrazioni più importanti (cattedrale e castello). A circa 5 km a piedi, c'è il lungolago, ma volendo passano autobus ogni due minuti. Il tutto è veramente ben collegato.Il mini appartamento è dotato di ogni confort. Stanza comoda, pulita, il bagno non è eccessivamente piccolo. C'è una cucina molto comoda che ci ha permesso di cucinare durante il soggiorno. Vista fantastica. Pulizia impeccabile.

Great apartments , central location and with all amenities.

I had an amazing one month stay. I was quite sceptical after the reviews but to my amazement the apartment had everything I needed for a month even more. The room was so cosy and well heated for the cold winter. Sheets and towels were fresh. Everything was working just fine and when we got confused about the stove or coffee machine they were so quick to respond. The cleaning service is amazing. I do wish the soaps were refillable for long term stays but that’s just a small hitch. Wardrobe space was good enough for our 90kg luggage!! We were also grateful to free laundry service! I would recommend this place to anyone even for short terms or long term stays!

Zimmer E105: Ringhörig, alt, abgestanden, Fussboden klebrig, Schimmel in Dusche und Duschtüre nicht dicht, lauwarmes Wasser an 2. Tag, stinking, Reinigungstücher wurden auf Stuhl liegen gelassen. Lattenrost fällt aus Halterung, was die n der Nacht ein tolles Aufwachgefühl beschert. Alles einfach alt und abgestanden - NICHT zu empfehlen, schade denn die Lage wäre gut.

Horrible, nous avons réservé 2 nuits par notre grande stupéfaction le sommier du lit était en pleine décomposition, la TV ne donnait aucune image, la lumière de la salle de bain ne s’allumait pas, l’appartement est sale et ne correspond en aucun cas aux photos présentés sur le site web. Nous avons décidé de quitter l’appartement et de dormir dans un endroit plus convenable. Cet établissement est bien meilleur à la rue Caroline, je vous conseil de ne jamais réserver vous en serez déçu. À FUIRE !!

Very good location. It's easy to walk on foot to center or to lake.Train station is very close and it's comfortable.Room was clean, WIFI is OK. Nice kitchen full with any kind of useful stuff.I

It's ok I guess. Had more space in a Japanese apartment. Rooms show signs of wear and tear, bed is disintegrating and very squeaky. Generally clean, apart from the mouldy spots in the bathroom, and equipped with what one might need. Location is alright.
