Had the pleasant surprise to step in to Roman Mayer to fix the bracelet of my watch and was welcomed very amicably. I requested a change of bracelet as the one I had bought at another store was not the same fit. The People at Roman Mayer were resourcefully able to fix it to the correct size and solve the problem that other jewelers were not able to do. Indeed, 1st class service at Roman Mayer Montreux.
