I have had Mme Thomsen as dentist for 15+ years. Always very professional, thorough with her work, and simply just an extremely pleasant person. I highly recommend Mme Thomsen as dentist!

By searching on internet I found out this cabinet with nice reviews, so confident, I decided to call and to get an appointment for a cleaning. On the phone the assistant told that the price for a cleaning is about CHF 160. Everything went fine during the appointment, Miss Thompsen is very friendly and professional. However, the surprise came once I got the invoice. The total price of CHF 302 almost killed me. So, I called the cabinet to contest some services that according to me I have not ordered but without success of changes. It seems that some miscommunication happened between us. Therefore, what I want to share with you is to ensure the fees before any service to avoid a bad surprise at the end.Finally I got a small reduction on the invoice, thanks for the discount. Appreciated!

I am quite scared going to a dentist. But here I felt my self very comfortable. Very well done and a nice and modern equipment.
