UBS Agence

After having called the UBS client service and specifically asked about the possibility to get a verified ID-copy, we came down to the Versoix agency only to be told by the staff member at reception that the bank does not provide this type of service. Apparently it can be done only for the clients of UBS and for the purposes related to UBS inner operations. We were not told that by the client service on the phone (I asked). I am not sure whose fault it is that we wasted our time, but there is a clear misunderstanding and misinformation between the services of the bank, therefore one star.

I have been in twice, firstly to set up my first Swiss account and recently to set up a 3rd pillar savings account. Both times I didn't have an appointment but they managed to fit me in quickly so I could get back to work in good time. Both times the staff were friendly, efficient and informative.
