Soon after taking off from home we noticed that the AC/heating of our MB Sprinter Camper did not work. On Furkapass the temperature dropped to 6°C and we decided to call the MB Sprinter help desk for support. Unfortunately this did not work as they claimed to have no certified workshop in Wallis (but only in Schattdorf and/or Giubiasco - not in our direction of travel). Checking Google maps we found Garage Saurer SA in Visp. On our way to the campground we stopped over at their shop and asked for help to fix our problem. A visual check did not show much of the problem but they made a very qualified support person available to attend to our problem. Soon it showed the controlling software was at the root of the problem. An update and some checks to the drive systems for the heating/AC block showed that things are back in good order.Dear folks at Garage Saurer AG in Visp, Thank you very much for your help and professional approach.
