Open Apr-Nov ~ 8: 30-18: 00 (seasonal), CHF 28 adults round trip, teens CHF14, kids to 6 free. With restaurant, rope park, summer toboggan run, tyrolienne, bungeejumping, mountainbiking, paraglide starting point. Monte Tamaro with Alpe Foppa is one of the highest peaks on the upper Lago Maggiore and offers a wide panoramic view. With clear air you can see hundreds of Alpine peaks, almost the entire Lago Maggiore, the Monte Rosa massif and of course the Magadino level in miniature. Madness!

Attraktionen attraktiv für Familien. Essen im Restaurant ungeniessbar und für die Qualität überteuert. Kindermenue Pommes mit einem Pouletwienerli (alles völlig geschmacklos..) für 14Fr..Werden uns nächstes Mal für Picknick entscheiden.

Beautiful alp atop the Mount Tamaro, there was good snow during our visit in April second week.There are activities like Paragliding (needs prior booking), Luge ride, and also play area for the kids.There is also the zipline here.

Beautiful location in Ticino (The Italian side of the Swiss Alps). There is a cable car that will take you to Alpe Foppa and this gives you a good view of the surrounding mountains in Ticino and beyond. The best view of course needs a trek up to Monte Tamaro - a little over two hours away. Good views of the 4000ers from here
