Bellefontaine Spa Lucerne

This week I have visited the Bellefontaine Spa at the Mandarin Oriental Palace where I received the 60 minute Signature Treatment “Luzern Palace”. My therapist, Renee, who’s very friendly and well- experienced, made sure to offer me a very warm welcome and explain everything before my treatment.She offered me a very relaxing legs and back massage as well as a facial treatment. Exactly what I wanted after the very long flight I had. I enjoyed every minute of my experience!!!Maartje, the Spa Manager, along with my therapist made sure to recommend me the right skincare products for my daily routine such as the Heavy Legs Relieving Concentrate with Menthol, Caffeine and Swiss Glacier Water. I really loved it. It is a MUST HAVE. It instantly gave me a feeling of relaxation and freshness.I will definitely return for more treatments in the future.

Heute hatte ich meine Bellefontaine-Behandlung im Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Nach der Behandlung bin ich in einem entspannten Geisteszustand. Ich möchte Natalia und Maartje für ihre Professionalität danken. Sie sind Menschen, die bei Bellefontaine aus Berufung arbeiten, einen Abschluss in Kosmetologie haben und in diesem Bereich praktizieren. Ich war beeindruckt von der Professionalität des Personals. Mein Dank geht an Natalia, es waren die besten 90 Minuten meiner Hautpflege, das erste Mal, dass ich während einer Besuchen eingeschlafen bin. Ich danke auch Maartje für ihre Sorgfalt und Kompetenz. Die Pflegenkosmetik ist wirklich sehr hochwertig.Ich bin frisch und zufrieden, mit strahlender Haut und einem Lächeln im Gesicht herausgegangen.Bellefontaine ist der beste Ort in Luzern, ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Booked for a spa treatment at the Bellefontaine spa at the Mandrian Oriental spa after a long week of traveling around Switzerland as my friend and I are staying at the hotel. We were feeling quite sore and tired and we’re seeking some relief from the massage however we were very disappointed as the massage did not offer that at all. It was very gentle and hardly relieved any of the pains and aches we were feeling and it felt like a waste of money (considering how expensive it is) and time. Of note we thought the spa was by Mandarin hotel when we booked as we’ve tried before in Qatar and it was phenomenal but it’s not in Lucerne.

Last week I visited Bellefontaine Spa in Mandarin Oriental for the first time for a facial and I can surely say that, from now on, it will definitely become my favorite wellness spot in Lucerne! Great thanks to the amazing beautician Natalia and to the whole team! Highly recommended

The staff is incredibly professional and highly qualified, they made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Lizelle took great care to listen to my needs and concerns, and tailored my treatment to ensure that it was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!
