Extremely disappointed with the service provided by this firm. I sought their assistance and engaged in a phone conversation, expecting a professional approach to handle my situation. However, things took an unpleasant turn when they were copied in an email, and I received a chastising and condescending response, which left me feeling belittled. To my surprise, they then requested a payment of 4k francs for services that were never agreed upon during our initial discussion. The level of arrogance and unprofessionalism displayed by the lawyer was truly disheartening. I regret having to deal with such a frustrating experience.
