Coop Restaurant Interlaken Ost
Staff are rude and incompetent. We already bought food and the person who was cleaning the tables came to us with lots of anger and told us to buy a coffee if we want to sit there. We told her we already bought food but she said leave. We had to pack our food unfinished and leave. The lowest customer service I have expected after traveling to 20 countries ! Maybe staff need training to learn how to behave !

Great coops Restaurant near to Interlaken ost train station . Definitely worth and value for money . From 6 CHF - 15 CHF food from hot meat , rice, salad , desserts, tea, coffee...! It woould be great if they keep it open until 22:00 very helpful ... 6.XX- CHF small portion , 10.XX CHF Medium , 15.XX large portion..

We were excited to try Coop Interlaken Restaurant but met with unprofessional behaviour from an executive. It was our first time so I approached this lady executive with some questions. She made a face and literally yelled- ‘Yes, what?’ and gave me one word reply with an irritated look as if she is doing me a huge favour. I proceeded to ask her another question and she totally ignored me and walked away. I followed her and repeated my question but she continued to ignore me and carried on with whatever she was doing. My husband and I decided to leave after this humiliating experience. What shocked me more was what happened next. We were waiting for our elevator and I turned around towards the restaurant and saw the same executive having a long interaction with another customer. During our trip to Switzerland, we paid visits to so many Coop supermarket and other outlets and the staff was always smiling and helpful. So, it is important that I point out this incident for the sake of other tourists …so that they don’t go through what we went through. In the end I really want to understand why were we and the other customer treated differently? I guess, we all know the answer to that question! (The incident took place on April 15, a little before 11 am in the morning)

Absolute Frechheit.Da fast alles ausverkauft war konnte man nur noch zwischen Teigwaren und Pommes wählen... Der Teller mit den bereits drauf gepackten Pommes kostete dann 10 chf.Aussage Kassiererin, ich könnte ka noch mehr nehmen....das nächste mal weeden die pommes zurück gekippt. Wenn es überhaupt ein nächstes Mal gibt.

A cafeteria style restaurant with enough varieties of choice for a quick lunch before heading for any of your mountain peaks. A little confuse with the price of plate size at the beginning.

Schade… In den letzten Jahren haben wir am Morgen vom Greenfield immer ein Schnipo gegessen. Jetzt servieren sie es erst ab 11.00 Uhr… Um 08.30 Uhr sind wir bereit für Schnipo, später sind wor wieder auf dem Festival gelende und werden nun dort konsumieren.

Man bemüht sich, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es ist alles sehr sauber, aber: ein bestelltes Schnitzel nicht frisch zu machen, sondern fixfertig aus der Kühlung zu nehmen und dann in- noch- kaltem Öl auf der Grillplatte zu ertränken, bis es heiß und trocken ist, ist starker Tobak. Dementsprechend hat es leider auch geschmeckt und ich hatte danach wirklich Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall

First time trying Coop Restaurant. It's a self service restaurant with salad bar, soup and hot foods, drinks incl. Alcohol, coffee and dessert section. Price is reasonable, big plate if salad for CHF15. Hot food till CHF20. Good place if you are on a budget. You can fill up your plates by yourself.
