Lack of ethics with it's clients. I cleaned my apartment upon leaving and they were not satisfied. Now they will charge me 890-.CHF for a full cleaning service when the apartment is 90% clean. I offered to clean it again and they don't accept it. So I have to pay 890-. when in reality it will only cost at max. 180-. to clean the remaining. Be careful with Elron as they will always try to take advantage of you for cleaning services when you leave the apartment.

I submitted application for a flat and having hard time to get any response on how long it would take to process it. I sent several emails, called the agency 4 times, but the responsible personnel is not available to speak 2 days in a row. The reception told me that I need to understand that I am not the only one applying and that the best thing I can do is wait and continue sending emails.

Incompetence by the book!1. Never reachable (please Eron, dont reply your business hours for phone calls or your mail response time limit - it is a sham)2. They dont care about the happiness of their renters. Purely profit-driven organisation3. As soon as there is a non-standard issue, there is no solution4. They handed out my private contacts (phone & work-mail) to my successorNever again! Dont trust them!

Es ist das gleiche Team und Personal vom ehem. F + Partner AG. Immer noch gleich. Nie telefonisch erreichbar. Nicht einmal die Kontaktformulare über Immoscout24 werden beantwortet!!

diese Verwaltung gibt mir keine Wohnung obwohl sie viele leere Wohnungen habenmeinen ehrlichen Angaben schenken sie keine Beachtungwie lange geht dieser Betrug noch weiterwenn goCaution und Swisscaution nur den Vermietern helfendas soll mir mal einer erklären

Top Verwaltung. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Elron ist immer kompetent, freundlich und sehr professionell. Bei Elron ist man als Mieter/in in sehr guten Händen. Alle Anliegen werden immer schnell und kompetent bearbeitet. Bin nun seit vier Jahren als Mieterin bei Elron und werde auch in den nächsten Jahren weiter mit Elron Zusammenarbeiten. Bis jetzt ist Elron die beste Verwaltung die ich bis jetzt gehabt habe. Top riesen Kompliment an die Firma. Egal mit welchem Mitarbeiter ich bis jetzt zu tun hatte, immer kompetent und freundliche. Weiter so. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die super Zusammenarbeit.
