The Mosimann Collection is the best option to spend few hours in a beautiful historical building facing Geneva lake. The collection is inspired by Anton Mosimann’s life and it includes historical culinary and hospitality books, tools, menus and recipes from all around the world. You can really feel the history behind every piece. The collection includes details about car rallies (one of Mr. Mosimann’s favourite hobbies) and contemporary art pieces as well.The cherry on top: events taking place there and organised by the Director of the collection, Mr. Cédric Bussien.
