Very disappointing experience with a client approach. Please be careful here, as the resort will take your money and there will be no client-oriented attitude in case something goes wrong.I paid CHF 213 for 3 days ski-pass and didn't ski on two of them due to a weather conditions (avalanche risk) and closure of most of the ski areas (~70-80%). I bought it two weeks in advance as per my hotel recommendation - better to buy ski-pass beforehand in case of limitation of a number of passes due to Covid-19. I explained the situation to the resort and asked to shift my ski-pass to another dates, but they told me that was not their problem and I should have checked the weather conditions, so they would not do anything to help me.At the same time my hotel gave me a voucher so I could come back anytime within 12 months, and that is the way it should work - every rule should be applied reasonably.The way the resort acted in this situation is simply unfair.

super Organisation: ankünden, dass regelmässig Extrabusse ab Klosters Platz zur Parsennbahn fahren (da die Gotschnabahn ausgefallen ist) aber dann kommen diese tollen Busse gar nicht. Als ich dann bei der Rätischen Bahn nachfragen ging, hat die Dame auch zum ersten Mal von diesen Extrabussen" erfahren. Irgendetwas läuft da falsch in der Kommunikation

Immer wieder gut ... seit 40 Jahren gerne wieder.

CHF 5.90 Tourismusabgabe pro Person pro Nacht, reine Abzocke!Was bekomme ich dafür? Ein Busticket für den Ortsbus, haha. In der sehr teuren Tageskarte ist dies ja auch schon dabei.Suche andere Uebernachtungsdestination.
