The death of my wife for 42 years, Flor, was a huge blow. The handling of the funeral procedures by Philippe Murith and his team was exemplary. Compassion, respect and the capacity to anticipate people's needs in times of distress all helped to support me and the children - all special requests were met and staff was without exception very supportive. The day of the funeral, 19 January, happened to be a glorious, sunny day, and the ceremony at St George as well as the actual burial at the communal cemetery of Avusy remains in my memory as a moment of great beauty, all in the spirit of Flor.
