Dancelab by Olga Spezia

At Dancelab I started understanding musicality, listening to the different layers of music and feeling the connections to the movements of a choreography. All the teachers take their time to explain all movements and make sure that you not only execute them but feel them and make them your own. The level of teaching is super high and no matter the size of the group the teachers will make sure that everyone gets feedback and tips to improve. Aside, Dancelab is for me a place to turn off the outside world and just enjoy yourself dancing and evolving. I also recommend the intensive weekends with Olga!

I love taking the heels classes at Dancelab. Olga is an amazing teacher, passionate, encouraging and caring. I feel comfortable in the classes and just enjoy moving and expressing in a group of amazing women!

I cannot recommend DanceLab enough - I feel like I learn something new in every class, my technique and attention to detail has improved so much since I started this summer. Olga's Strip Plastique courses & intensives really transformed my dancing and helped me become more confident (both as a dancer and a woman!)

DanceLab is a safe space for dance lovers that want to experience a new way to express themselves. I just started dancing in 2021 and in every class I got the chance to improve my technique while challenging myself and getting in touch with my emotions.I found there not only amazing teachers but a great community that shares the same passion for dancing.Olga is not only a talented and dedicated teacher but a great human being.

Olga is a super passionat teacher! Her classes will theache you to feel more home in your body. I found there a loving gruppe of ladys that cheer for on an other an chreat a asome space!

Here you can not only develop as a dancer, but also personally. The trainers are very professional and encourage more self-confidence. The Dancelab is a place where you can feel safe, valuable and sexy.

The classes are exceptional!! All teachers are amazing. I've learned so much in a very short period of time!

We decided, as part of the bachelorette party, to go to dancelab and it was such an amazing experience. Olga was teaching us how to heels dance and to walk with confidence on heels. Highly recommend it to give it a try
