Mit der medizinischen und fachärztlichen Leistung bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Damen, die die Untersuchung durchgeführt haben, waren alle super lieb und freundlich. Vielen Dank dafür. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab für die arrogant-unfreundliche Empfangsdame (Chantal), die zudem nur tiefstes Schweizerdeutsch redete, obwohl sie aufgrund der Rückfragen merken musste, dass der Patient sie nicht versteht. Vielleicht findet sie das lustig, aber die Patienten, die zur Radiologie kommen, sind in der Regel nicht zum Spassen aufgelegt... da kann ich mich den anderen Rezensionen nur anschliessen.

Leider gab es ein Missverständnis vom Hausarzt und er bestellte mich um 13 Uhr dorthin. Eigentlich hätte ich aber um 12 Uhr schon dort sein müssen, um ein Kontrastmittel zu trinken. Ausserdem hätte ich nichts essen dürfen, was mir auch niemand gesagt hatte. Das Team hat mir aber am gleichen Tag einige Stunden später einen Termin gegeben und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Sehr flexibel und freundlich. Sowohl Empfang als auch die Person, welche das CT gemacht hatte! Den Befund hatte mein Hausarzt am nächsten Morgen bereits vorliegen. Ich würde wieder dort hin gehen - auch wenn ich natürlich hoffe, dass das nicht nötig sein wird :-)

Ich war vor kurzem zwei mal dort einmal für MRI und einmal für CT. Beim MRI hatte ich keine Probleme aber als ich das erste Mal in die Röhre ganz hinein mußte hatte ich ein wenig Platzangst. Aber dank ich eine gute Betreuung hatte von der Ärztin und sie mir gut zu gesprochen hat habe ich es gut überstanden. Herzlichen Dank für euer Hilfe.

I needed to have a picture takes of my nose. The administrative part was chaotic, wrong name tag in my file, the postman delivered some orders in between, standing half in the door opening. I was badly informed about the used method, during the process I needed contrast liquid, the person who treated me was grumpy, I could not hear her speak due to the noise of the machine I was laying in. She spoke heavily Swiss German while she could see that my name is genuine Dutch. After she got angry that I moved my head to much and I told her I could not hear her properly because of the noise and her language she became more or less friendly. Maybe its because I had an early visit, but I prefer not to go here again. By the way the medical treatment was ok, I just expect more professional approach. At the end I am the 1.95cm tall guy laying on this small bed with a needle in his arm waiting until this terrible old-fashioned machine is ready.

Seit Jahren ist das meine Anlaufstelle wenn ich radiologische Abklärungen brauche. Herr Dr. Bussmann ist ein erfahrener und sehr sympathischer Arzt. Die Angestellten sind immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Terrible experience. Unfriendly staff who didn't appear to be well trained and were insistent on doing a contrasting MRI when the referring Doctor insisted no contrast was required. Fortunately I stuck to my guns and the MRI was done without contrast after the technician spoke to his superior. Also seems that the equipment is outdated (closed MRI machine when could have gone somewhere else with an open MRI machine). MRI had to be paused toward the end as insufficient airflow through the tube" and I was told "next time take public transport so we can medicate you for your MRI". There won't be a next time at this practice!! Also unsure whether the lack of airflow was the technician or the machine itself although I believe it was the operator as the rest of the MRI had sufficient airflow."
