Scandal! 3rd day in a row not possible to take a shower or even wash your hands because there is no hot water.. Never ever will come here again.

It's really nice hostel, next to lake and near railway station. Owner is helpful and nice. Kitchen is well-equipped and room are comfortable and cozy, bathroom are clean. My expectations was exceeded.

On my arrival I’ve been 1 hour waiting for my key… No reception, no telephone number…An old woman with glasses from housekeeping was absolutely rude since the first day. Not even responding when I greeted her. Instead that she looked at me up and down. The day I was leaving I was waiting for my taxi on the waiting room and the same woman came to me speaking in a very unrespectful way telling me that I have to leave or she will put my stuff on the street… I had to be for more than one hour on the street with all my bags.The place is not especially clean either. No toilet paper on the bathroom and the same towel for drying the hands for more than 8 days.A lot of spiders inside of the room.Disappointed .

If you're scared of spiders avoid this place, its filled with them. Everything else inside is alright. The location is really nice, near a lake.

Assurdo inaccettabile non credo di aver soggiornato in un posto così assurdo in tutta la mia vitaSporco lurido ho dormito vestito per fortuna avevo un mio asciugamani per coprire il cuscino 1 bagno e 1 doccia in comune per circa 15 persone l'accoglienza e stata pessima pagato per 4 notti dopo 1 siamo scappati e non è costato poco esperienza da dimenticare.......non prenderò mai piu in considerazione questa struttura e vi consiglio di non farlo neanche voiIn Italia una location del genere sarebbe chiusa in tempo zero.

Immer wieder schön in einem landestypischen Schweizer Haus zu wohnen, 50m vom See entfernt mit Ausblick auf die fast 3000m hohen Berge, über Booking.com schnelle und preisgünstige Buchung, nette Mitmenschen im Hostel und ein sehr empathischer und flexibler Geschäftsführer Herr Hobi.
