It's good to have a Filipina by the name of Lovelie who works at Small World in Bern. My wife and I can directly communicate with her about the status of our remittance. We can also send her SMS about exchange rates anytime.Small World is the most convenient and fast way to send and receive money in the Philippines. The service is awesome. I totally recommend it.

Hasta hoy un servicio excelente.Una de las empleadas, hoy 31 de octubre 2020, concretamente la de la ventanilla 2 no quiso respetar el orden de los numeros.Hizo pasar el 80 antes del 79.Se lo mostre y lo ignoro descaradamente.Es la primera vez que me pasa en este sitio y voy frecuentementeMe parece una falta de respecto atender antes a una persona, por el motivo que sea, antes de que su numero salga en la pantalla.

I like small world the company is very help full but before was really good staff the was so fast but now the are very very slowly and the are slowly that’s why we wait like 30 min or longer and is really not good for small world and the have like 5 receptions and the just open 2 why when you see there is alot people you have to open all and do fastThanks SmallWorld team

Sono andata due giorni fa per chiedere informazioni su di un numero che avevo bisogno, e sapendo che un determinato dipendente parla spagnolo quel giorno mi fa non parlo spagnolo solo inglese" solo per mettere in difficoltà

Heute morgen um 9.11 Uhr eine Überweisung gemacht. Bis am Abend wurde das Geld nicht überwiesen bzw an den Empfänger auf das Bankkonto ausbezahlt. Der Kundendienst online und telefonisch ist unter aller Sau. Obwohl diese Personen in der Schweiz bzw in Bern arbeiten, kann niemand fast oder gar kein Deutsch. Anscheinend besteht keine Pflicht wenn man in der Schweiz arbeitet, die Landessprache zu verstehen oder zu sprechen. Wenn ihr könnt, sendet euer Geld mit Wise. Die sind um einiges besser als Smallworld. Auch was der Kundensupport betrifft.

I think Small World Remittance Center is under a good management. The staff, especially Lovelie Wittwer is very accomodating and helpful. Coming to the counter never disappoints me because they always give the best services professionally to their customers. I am a very happy customer.

Maria Pinal quiere dejar esta reseña, Excelente equipo en Oficinas Smallwordl de Bern, hace unas semanas encontré esta empresa en Internet, como necesitaba enviar dinero urgente, me registre, después de hacer los trámites requeridos identificación, documentos etc, mi cuenta no se activaba para poder operar, llamadas de teléfono a la central de la web, chat, imposible contactar con ellos.Eso me genero una gran desconfianza y decidí no operar con ellos.No obstante me presente en las oficinas Smallwordl de Berna, y gracias a este equipo profesional y en especial a Leo un muchacho cubano, el me dio todas las explicaciones del funcionamiento, con Seguridad, amabilidad y profesionalidad, lo que hizo que retomará confianza y allí mismo ( NO online) este muchacho me hizo el trámite de envío dinero.,Todo salió tal cual el me dijo, envie un viernes a última hora de la tarde, lunes mi familia en Cuba ya tenía el dinero, cosa que parecía imposible.Por esto les estoy muy agradecida, hayan tenido la paciencia y la profesionalidad de tomarse su tiempo y aclarar todas mis dudas.Sin duda será mi oficina para estos tramites, la recomiendo , segura y rápida.Gracias equipo de Smarwold de Berna en especial a Leo , gracias por vuestra ayuda
