I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. Despite multiple attempts to visit during their listed business hours, I found the shop closed every time with a note about 'family issues.' After finally getting in touch with the owner and scheduling an appointment, I arrived only a few minutes late due to traffic, but was met with a rude phone call from the owner who accused me of being disrespectful to her family by being late. I apologized and offered to make it up to her, but she abruptly ended the call, closed the shop, and disappeared without any further communication. As a customer, I understand that personal issues can arise, but it's important for businesses to communicate effectively and treat their customers with respect. Unfortunately, my experience with this shop fell far short of my expectations.
