S u m m e r t i m e .......... I was so much privileged to take part in Miliza's free summer sessions online Yoga for Flexibility in this July! How generous! Being still a Yoga beginner I enjoyed every single moment of your well prepared yoga sessions - I loved to follow your written and spoken easy understandable instructions and gained a real summer-holiday spirit 3 times a week from 9-9:30 in my daily (working) routine. I will definitely take part in the forthcoming 10-minutes Yoga for flexibility in August. Your fresh and comfortable, humorous way of giving Yoga classes are a gift for body and soul - for those being familiar with yoga for long time as well as for Yoga beginners like me.I have a dream: to take part in one of your live Yoga retreats one day .....Thanks again - ein herzliches DankeschönAngelikaNamaste
