Mobility Carsharing

Great concept but poor (slow) support by email. No way to report damage within the app you have to call them and they didn't seem too interested in the report nor did they want photographs of the damage to the car. I sent some questions prior to renting the car which were not answered by the time I picked it up.Cars must be returned with not less than 1/3 of a tank of fuel unfortunately the tanks are not measured in thirds but in fuel segments and I couldn't work out whether I had a third of a tank or not, so I had to put fuel in. My suggestion to Mobility is to tell people that they need to return cars with two fuel segments remaining that covers the fuel gauges their different models of vehicle. Very easy to extend the rental period from within the app. One point of frustration was discovering that you usually have to depress the clutch in order to start the engine. Other than these points the concept is good and it's enabled me to have a very enjoyable day out in the French countryside
