If ZERO star was allowed for the feedback, I would put it without any reserve. The gestion of Bory will lie, cheat, hide information, no reply and ignore your. Their attitude tells you that they could not care less the tenants. In most occasions, a tenant is at a fragile position (especially in a city like Geneva) and Bory takes advantage of this position imbalance to exploit the tenants. Initially I held two assumptions: 1) either the gestion of Bory is so unprofessional that they could not realise that they are misbehaving; 2) or they are very consciously doing so because the practice of cheating, lying and ignoring is already part of their routine to treat their clients. Bory declares itself as a professional régie, so this leaves the 2nd assumption as the explanation. I talked with my neighbors and heard that they have also suffered like me. If you are looking for an appartement, with my own experience I sincerely advise you against taking the ones managed by Bory, if you don't want to lose time and lose money to manage problems.

Professional and good service

This is the worst company! I suggest no one rent apartments from them. They are irresponsible, not answering emails or calls. They do not have good communication with the owners of the buildings.Stay away and do not work with them.

J'aurai préféré ne pas pas mettre d'étoiles. Dommage que l'option ne soit pas disponible. Une agence malheureusement très incompétente, aucune compréhension. J'avais loué un parking chez eux, heureusement aucun appartement, je n'ose pas imaginer la difficulté sinon! Un conseil, ne louez jamais de parking avec eux. C'est un véritable enfer, ils ne s'adapterons jamais à votre situation.... Fuyez!!

Unqualificable behavior

The staff speak both English and French so communication is easier if you're an english speaking new arrival looking for a home.

Unprofessional, impolite and arrogant. I have rented several flats in Geneva, and I really I do NOT recommend this regie.

Après 11 ans de location dans un appartement de 150 m2 haut de gamme à Champel, au loyer important, les employés de la régie créent des problèmes pour 5 ampoules manquantes au plafond. Sans omettre l'amabilité déconcertante des employés. Une régie à fuir dans la mesure du possible.
