Très bon service les ballons sont excellents et résistants pour mon anniversaire je les ai achetés et gardé presque 2 semaines

Super service, j’ai été très bien aidé en commandant depuis l’étranger et en dernière minute sans avoir accès au site internet pour voir le choix disponible, et elle a su exactement ce que je voulais en échangeant par message et a été extrêmement efficace en terme de délai. Mon amie était ravie des ballons préparés!!

I had a great experience ordering with Balloon Stern. I placed the order from the USA for my friend in Bern for her milestone birthday. Sheran from Balloon Stern was quick to follow up with me and found the best solution for my needs. They did a fantastic job delivering on a tight timeline! My friend’s reaction was priceless. The balloons were a super hit at the party and made my friend’s day more special. Highly recommended!

Do not bother ordering from here. Customer service appalling. Made an order for next day. They emailed late in the day saying they couldn't do it and they would add a LED balloon to the bouquet to compensate - which they said is worth 80 CHF. Having looked on their site is only 29.99 CHF. (See photo)What was advertised on the website was not what was received - the nice font in the photo is NOT what you will get. See photo.Delivery arrived - they had forgotten the greeting card, so the person who this was for had no idea who sent them and assumed it was the same person whom they had another delivery for. Do not be mistaken the card in the photo is NOT for this delivery. Please don't be fooled when they write 24+ hours float time it means 24.5 hours maximum. They deflated and didn't even last 2 days. For 179 CHF. DO NOT BOTHER.

Ordene globos para mi cumpleaños y no puedieste estar mas contenta, fue fasil ordenarlos por la pagina y la entrega estuvo a tiempo. Los globos estaban hermosos y la calidad en verdad muy buena. Muchas gracias!

Super disappointed with the balloons received. We are balloons lovers and know how to ensure our balloons stay for a long time (temperature etc) Received as a gift- with no gift card. They lasted less than 24 hours before they dropped - which is CRAZY, we basically will have to throw them away now. Disappointing service and low quality for the price paid.
