International School of Zug and Luzern (Zug Campus)

Amazing school! Our boys attended for 4 years, between them we experienced pre-K through 4th grade and were more than happy throughout. ISZL has an strong sense of community and they go out of their way to try and make everyone feel part of that community. Our boys were very much welcomed into their respective classes and as a parent, taking part in and advantage of all the parent socializing opportunities offered, I was able to create a strong network of my own within the first few months after our arrival in Zug.Our family is non-native English speaking and -contrary to what I read in some other reviews here- our boys were very much supported in this area through the school's English as an Additional Language (EAL) program.We plan to re-enroll our children at ISZL when we return to Switzerland.

Leute die nur wegen des Geldes in die Schweiz kommen bringen hier ihre Kinder her. Allesamt reiche Expats oder Gäste wie man sie nennen darf. Sie lehnen uns und unser Leben ab. Aber Firmen wie Avaloq, Roche, CS und UBS holen diese Leute von RO, PL, BE und RU zu tausenden. Abends stehen dort 1000 SUVs mit laufenden Motoren stundenlang. Fotos folgen.

ISZL is an outstanding school with an incredible community of international families and staff members.

Our three kids spent a very happy five years in the Primary Years Programme at ISZL. They have attended two other schools since, but still talk about ISZL as their favourite. The school community is very supportive, welcoming and friendly.

Good International school. My daughter attended ISZL for two years, she was always happy and enjoyed coming to school every day.The staff are inspirational, kind and caring and really focus on your child's strengths.The facilities are also great.

Phenomenal quality teaching, amazing people, lovely school spirit

Awful experience. No help or support to integrate our children in a new environment and with the need to learn a new language (this being one of the main reasons to exist of an international school). I do not recommend it at all.

Our family is so happy to have found this school. Our daughter is now in Primary and loves it. She is learning to love to learn and is taught in unique ways in and out of the class. The teachers keep things interesting, they are truly amazing, inspirational and available to speak to. We as parents feel part of truly welcoming community that shares our values and supports us in a very genuine way. Keep up the amazing work ISZL.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best English-language based program for young children in the Zug area!
