Bien que cette boutique vende très manifestement du matériel informatique, ils font mine d'ignorer leur obligation légale de recycler les équipements de même nature, avec une parfaite mauvaise foi (on ne récupère que les ordinateurs qu'on a réparés nous"

Terrible service that actually damaged my laptop instead of fixing it.One of the hinges of my laptop screen broke and I took it to Alba Multimedia to get it repaired. I told them of my urgency and paid a salty fee to have it fixed as soon as possible. They call me 2 hours later telling me its ready. I get there and they only glued the screen together, without actually repairing the broken hinge. This cause the screen to inflate a little bit, which prevented the laptop from closing all the way. I pointed that out, but the employee denied it and said it was perfect like that and that I would hold. It didn't. Less than a month later, I was back there, with the frame around the screen completely coming off. I asked them how long it would take to replace the broken pieces and they denied anything was broken (which was clearly not true and they themselves admitted that in a later email). They said it would just require a stronger glue and glued it together again. The very next day, when I opened the laptop, the glue had come off entirely and the screen was not turning on anymore. I called them and all they wanted to do was to glue the screen again, completely ignoring that now it wasn't even turning on and that the piece clearly needed to be replaced.I eventually went to another store, where they told me that the constant re-gluing could have damaged my computer even further.This lack of appropriate information to the customer is inadmissible verges on bad faith. Not to mention the very expensive costs, which they say are non-reimbursable.

Ils ne sont pas honnête... Pas envie de m'entendre sur le sujet étant donné qu'ils nient tous les commentaires négatifs et accusent les clients. Trop facile.

Vraiment très contente de ma première expérience avec Alba Multimedia !J’ai fait appel à leurs services pour la configuration d’un PC personnalisé haut de gamme et j’en suis absolument ravie !!Très réactifs, compétents et courtois, avec des prix très corrects et compétitifs et un service de livraison bien pratique.Je n’ai pas de doute, je continuerai à faire appel à leurs services à l’avenir

The best experience I had in my life in a foreign country. My PC shut down and these people not only recovered all the data in my previous hard disk in 2 days but made all info available in a new PC I bought thereat.Extremely professional and devoted to their job, the owner and his employees were very kind at all times and kept me informed about everything I needed to know. Suite à une attaque frauduleuse informatique Alba Multimedia a réussi à rétablir ma configuration et sécuriser mes données et l'ordinateur . Je suis rassurée

Service au top et prix correct!Je suis venu chez Alba Multimédia car mon MacBook était selon les vendeurs apple bon à la casse!Après le service d’Alba qui a était rapide et arrangeant, mon ordinateur trouve une seconde vie et mon portefeuille fais des économies!En bref je recommande a 100% cette boutique tenue par des passionné de l’informatique.Je reviendrai les yeux fermés.
