After an initially very positive experience, unfortunately everything changed once I received my furniture - I am sorry to write this review, but I am compelled to warn everyone that might decide to do business with this store.I ended up being sent old, worn out items and worst of all incorrect items that are basically not functional.Errors happen, but what makes this a 1 star review was the slow and unacceptable response by the store. They are basically not taking accountability for their mistakes and trying to find a way out of correcting what they have done wrong.I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this people and completely avoiding purchasing at this location.BE WARNED.

Seit 20 Jahren bestelle ich Designer Möbel wie es so schön heisst, die meisten kamen zu spät und kaputt oder waren zu heikel, so dass man den Kauf bereut. Im Fall von diesen bunten Sofas von Roche Bobois sind die Stoffe heikel. Ein kleiner Spritzer Wasser ruiniert den Bezug für immer. Die Flüssigkeit zieht ein und hinterlässt für immer Spuren. Es findet eine Abänderung des Gewebes statt, so dass der Stoff dann zwar keine Fleck mehr hat, aber für immer eine Art lichte Stelle, die dann nervt. Also von der Bewertung der Benutzung her ein Fehlkauf. Bedauerlicherweise wurde darauf nicht hingewiesen beim Verkauf.

Dropped by without an appointment and the staff welcomed me. Without any pressure, I wondered around admiring the beautiful furniture. Staff were very attentive and answered all my questions. There was a follow up via WhatsApp again feeling no pressure to buy. Very professional and attentive customer service and will visit again. It seemed to me that the staff were more interested in building customer relationship rather than a quick sale and this is admirable. Shout out to Gaël!!!!!!
