Stay away. Unprofessional service. Dropped the ball on my wife’s reprise du bail and wanted to charge for services when she independently found someone to take over her lease. Their lack of professionalism cost us one additional month’s rent and when confronted they refused to even apologize.

I do not recommend this agency. They took on the compromise to help me to pass along my rent agreement (reprise du bail) in Geneva. They failed to provide me with a contract in weeks and to liaise with my regie. Their delay ended up costing me half a month extra rent. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager failed to act. Instead, the agent that was working with me got annoyed I complained and proceeded to harass me via WhatsApp. Stay away.
