We stayed in Chalet Abendrot for 6 nights in May 2023. Situated in a very good location - around 10 min walk (800m) from Grindelwald station. First Bahn bus stop is few steps away.The stayed in chalet 21 (C011) and had wonderful mountain View situated on second floor. Two spacious rooms with beds and wardrobes and fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, kitchenware microwave kettle coffee make dishwasher oven. It was neatly cleaned before check in. The staff at the reception office was pretty helpful too especially Murrien (hope I got her spelling right). Has a lift which allows us to carry our heavy luggage up.Just a couple of minor cons - the pillows were not comfortable at all. It was as good as nothing. Charging points very less in the appartment.Overall a very happy and satisfactory experience and would love to come here again.

12 mal probiert anzurufen, keiner hat das Telefon abgenommen, ich weiss bis jetzt nicht ob ich dann die Kurtaxe vor Ort bezahlen kann. Überall steht es ist ein 24/7 Telefonservice vorhanden, stimmt nicht! Normale Büroöffnungszeiten, das letzte mal Interhome!

Sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr gemütliches Apartment im Gästehaus Chalet Smaragd. Das grosse Boxspringbett und die sehr gut isolierte Wohnung, lassen einen ungestörten Urlaub zu. Das Highlight ist die Garage mit direkten Zugang zum Haus. Der Lift „First“ ist nur ein paar Meter Luftlinie entfernt. Die Aussicht ist auf die Berge ist atemberaubend. Werden gerne wieder eine Buchung vornehmen.
