They manage the covid19 vaccination effort in the city of Basel. Their registration process consisted of a booking system that was not fit for use and a hotline, which elderly people were forced to call every few days for hours in the hope of getting a vaccination appointment. Very disappointing and stressful for the elderly population of the city of Basel. Luckily they have now had to hand the registration process over to the government of Basel and the elderly are now on a waiting list and no longer have to constantly call the hotline.
