Holly Ballon AG

Wir konnten mit der Firma Holly Ballon AG eine tolle Ballonfahrt in 2000 Metern Höhe geniessen. Der Pilot war sehr professionell und hat uns ein schönes Ballonerlebnis ermöglicht. Auch der 2. Helfer, welcher uns mit dem Auto wieder abgeholt hat, war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Firma Holly Ballon AG sehr gerne weiter.

Es war eine wunderschöne Fahrt. Wir gleiteten über viele Ortschaften, sahen diverse Seen und sogar den Pilatus sowie die Alpenkette. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Herzlichen Dank unserem Pilot, Kestutis Petronis, und seinem Assistent. Wir können Holly Ballon bestens empfehlen. Erna und Stefan

This was not the case for us, We were not given any information on free parking at the meeting point and therefore ended up paying ourselves for the parking.We arrived on time and were very excited at this once in a lifetime experience. When the Holly Ballon van arrived I rushed over and introduced ourselves and gave our two names. The driver who was also the Pilot was exceptionally rude & sarcastic. He did not wear a name badge hence it is difficult to know who you are dealing with. When checking on the website of holly.ch the photos and names of all the Pilots is not up to date, therefore I cannot share the name of the Pilot but just share the description. He is a huge Swiss man with a large stomach and moustache. He checked for our names on his list and said no, you do not have a balloon ride today. I was shocked as he gave no further explanation. His colleague in the van realized how shocked & disappointed I looked and realized that the Pilot was quite rude and condescending towards me. He said let me explain what the Pilot really means to say. He clarified that a second van would be coming shortly and our names are probably on the other list. I thanked him for speaking to me with respect & clarifying why our names were not on the list. I also stated that we had paid almost 400 Swiss Francs per person and that it would be nicer if we were addressed in a much friendlier tone. The Pilot just closed his van window and ushered me to go away and wait for the next van.My friend was tearful & disappointed at the treatment I had just received. I speak perfect German so there was no language barrier or misunderstanding at all.The second van arrived and thankfully we found our names on the Pilot’s list. The Pilot’s name was Petronis and he was the exact opposite of the previous Pilot. I mentioned to Petronis that I had just been crying because of the rude & racist tone of his colleague. He was not surprised at all and just smiled at me and assured me that we would have a good time. I was so thankful that Petronis was our Pilot and not the big Swiss man who spoke to us in a racist, unfriendly manner, ushering us to go away and wait for the next van.I wondered why the first Pilot spoke to me so rudely and with a racist attitude, closing the window on me and ushering me to go away from the van. I speak German very well so the language was not an issue. When paying almost 400 Swiss Francs per person, the Holly Ballon Team should be taught how to deal with multicultural people. I am of Indian descent and my friend and I were the only non-white people in the group.We called Holly Ballon on Monday 11th July after our weekend flight. We complained that we were mistreated by the Swiss Pilot and thankfully we were not on his list but on the list of Petronis, who was much friendlier and warmer towards us. Our feedback was taken on board and there was no defence at all, which leads me to believe that this is not the first negative feedback the team has received on this particular Pilot. There was no apology whatsoever.Think twice before using Holly Ballon and spending so much money. Give a description of the big Swiss man, with a huge belly and moustache and check if he will be your Pilot.

Wir hatten ein tolles Erlebnis mit Holly-Ballon. Die Heissluftballonfahrt war grossartig. Sehr gute Organisation und ein nettes Team. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Fahren mit einem Ballon ist zweifellos eine Vertrauenssache. Dieses Vertrauen war nach der Lektüre der AGB nicht unbedingt gestärkt... Einen Gutschein würde ich einer guten Freundin oder einem guten Freund niemals schenken. Alle Risiken werden elegant den Kund*innen zugeschoben. Und irgendwelche Änderungen werden mit absurd hohen Nachzahlungsforderungen verbunden. So etwas möchte ich meinen Freund*innen ersparen.
