I am reviewing the grooming service my pup received.It’s true that the puppy wasn’t very comfortable, but little was done to make him. In fact, the groomer seemed more nervous (it was, I’ll give it to her, a Friday evening so she must have been exhausted, but still). She almost immediately recommended the use of CBD, which I allowed but which I was not that much for.I must note here that the room where she was going to do the grooming was not cleaned from the previous cut, à sloppiness that seemed to reflect later in the grooming, as parts of the cut had been forgotten and I had to do them later myself at home.After I returned to get my pup back, she and her colleague said the dog hadn’t been easy and that’s why she had to add 10.- to the 90.- agreed upon on the web interface.She said she had used white shampoo for the white parts of my dog’s hair. I asked her if it was puppy shampoo, she said « of course ». I don’t know of any white shampoo for puppies, but I took her word. Problem being after the grooming, the white of my puppy’s hair lost from its’ shininess, the black parts disappeared, and the brown parts took a very washed out aspect. Also, brown spots started appearing here and there on the coat. These problems are still present two weeks after the grooming.Moreover, the front of the hair on his face was cut unevenly and in a manner that made the cut look a bit too overdone, so I had to straighten and do that part again myself later with scissors.I hope the problem of the colouring and spots on my dog’s coat go away, that’s what I’m most anxious about. Puppy hair must be washed with puppy shampoo.Overall, I don’t think I’ll return for a grooming session here.

Je suis venue pour faire un simple bain à mon chien le rdv a été fixé en ligne et au final ils avaient rajouté une coupe pour un chien qui n'en a pas besoin (Labrador) de plus la personne qui devait s'occuper du chien est venue en retard. Le simple bain avec le séchage a duré 2 heures et en plus le chien n'était pas bien sec première et dernière fois chez vous une étoile c'est déjà trop.

J’aimerai vous faire part de mon mécontentement, j’ai pris rdv hier pour ce matin à 10h pour un toilettage. Personne n’était là!Votre cabinet aux Augustins étant fermé le samedi j’ai dû contacter votre cabinet des Cygnes qui m’a gentiment donné le portable de la dame en charge de la prestation. En bref je l’ai contacté qui me dit ne pas avoir regardé son agenda que dans 5min elle était là.. j’ai attendu 20min pour rien!Lors de la prise de rdv ça serait peut-être judicieux de mentionner le portable pour une meilleure communication. C’est la première fois que je vous sollicitais et j’en suis forte déçue!!

n’ont pas détecté un souffle cardiaque à mon chaton sphynx alors que c’est connu de la race d’avoir des problèmes cardiaques. si je n’avais pas vu un autre vétérinaire avant sa castration, mon chaton aurait pu mourir avec l’anesthésie.

Je ne hésiterai pas à recommander vivement ce cabinet de vétérinaire. De toute façon le jeune homme qui a traité mon chien a rempli tout les critères .

Bien que les vétérinaires soient adorables et sûrement compétents, il s'agit d'un vétérinaire low cost car ils n'ont tout simplement pas l'infrastructure pour soign3r de façon adéquate les animaux qui ont des problèmes graves. Je n'ai rien contre les soignants mais je suis contre le concept low cost inadéquat quand il s'agit de soins. Je n'y retournerai plus

Un staff très compétent, des rendez-vous faciles à prendre en ligne et toujours peu d'attente car les horaires sont respectés.La boutique bien achalandée propose de nombreux produits de loisirs, de soins ou alimentaires. Les conseils donnés sont toujours frappés du bon sens. J'ai définitivement adopté ce cabinet de proximité pour mes chiens.

Je recommande à tout le monde ce très bon cabinet vétérinaire. Personnel a l’écoute. Nous avons apporté le lapin et ils ont coupé les ongles.
