Schmidt immobilier has been instrumental to both our move from Vaud to Valais and aquisition of a secondary home in Crans Montana. They sold our apartment and found us the perfect house in less than a month. The staff is exceptionally reactive and very professional. They helped us every step of the way, offering practical advice and doing a lot of the leg work. I would give them 6 stars if I could and can't recommend them highly enough. L'expérience eue avec votre courtier Guillaume n'a réellement pas été bonne : défauts du bien cachés, fausse information pour tenter de vendre plus cher... nous espérons sincèrement que votre courtier prendra à l'avenir son métier au sérieux, car les conséquences pour les acheteurs / vendeurs sont malheureusement lourdes et difficilement réparables.
