Insufficient bad operational management:- not secure placement in the following season, so you have no guarantee that your child can stay in the club, and can suddenly be 'kicked out' (as teams and times change each season)- time tables and teams change each season, so no stability or chance to plan ahead more than one season at the time.- NO communication at all, before new season plans are shared, so no chance to make this work.One constructive suggestion, keep the times and groups as they are often the same. That is what all the other sports clubs in the area do - would make the parents, the kids and your life easy and more professional :)
