I was charged $900 for the smallest scuff on the wheels. They show no mercy and not happy to help with giving other options.

They really helped us out. We needed a car for sunday only; but since they're closed on the weekend, they offered for us to take the car on friday and keep it the whole weekend, then they would only charge one day. In the mean time they gave us free parking in their reserved spot at the train station. Really fantastic! We expected to have to pay the whole weekend or at least for parking, but this was so much better.
